Week Six
Prioritising selfcare and creating healthy boundaries. Self-love and valuing yourself.
Week Ten
Raise your vibe to attract new opportunities. Practicing daily gratitude and kindness.
Week Three
Looking at how internal/external influences can affect you and your current environment.
Week Seven
Stepping outside of your comfort zone and mixing up your routine. Investing in yourself.
Week Eleven
Stepping into a new version of yourself that operates from a place of alignment and integrity.
Week Four
Reflection & Journaling week.
Week Eight
Reflection & Journaling week.

A final reflection week to consolidate your growth. Reviewing your journey and celebrating your progress.

Designed with your busy life in mind, this course can be undertaken at your convenience, there will also be LIVE calls that you are encouraged to participate in.
Sessions are recorded, and reflection weeks allow you to process and integrate the modules. The more you invest, the greater your output.
